1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is atumise s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 24394301, with its registered office at Chudenická 1059/30, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 440279 ("we"). We operate the website atumise.com and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android, including Calmrize.

2. What data we process

The atumise.com website requires no registration and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure traffic with Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and does not store IP addresses or other identifiers that could identify an individual visitor. Your color-scheme preference is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted.

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to handle your request.

In our mobile applications we process the data necessary for them to work: settings and content you create in the app (stored primarily on your device), anonymous crash and performance diagnostics, and purchase records. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never have access to your payment card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data (a) to perform a contract — providing our apps and their features and handling your requests, (b) on the basis of legitimate interest — improving our products, ensuring security and basic anonymous traffic measurement, and (c) on the basis of consent where required by law; you may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

We share data only with providers essential to our operations: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and anonymous analytics), Apple Inc. and Google LLC (app distribution, payment processing, crash diagnostics). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the given purpose: email correspondence for the time needed to handle your request and a reasonable period afterwards, app data for as long as you use the app, and accounting records for the period required by law. Anonymous statistics cannot be traced back to an individual.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise these rights by emailing [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.gov.cz.

8. Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising, marketing or tracking cookies. The only locally stored item is the technical light/dark color-scheme preference in your browser's localStorage, which you can delete at any time in your browser settings.

9. Security

All communication with the website and our apps is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). We limit access to data to the necessary minimum and follow current security practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when releasing a new app or changing providers. The current version is always available on this page; the effective date is stated at the top.
